Another view of the central market at St. Rémy. This one shows the olive seller as well as honey and olive oil. Blue and gold are typical of the colors of Provence. That is the Hotel de Ville in the square. Also, note the flags. It seemed as if every week had a French holiday on which the flags were flown. The large plane trees, comparative to our sycamores, were in all the town squares.
